Expert Merchandising provide a fully managed solution for IVC Belgium (International Vinyl Company), supporting all of their 2500+ UK independent and multiple retailers. We provide warehousing and distribution for all display sampling and point of sale used in the UK together with installations of new stands and regular merchandising checks and updates.

Together with ad-hoc distribution requests, new stand installations and shop checks we have also recently supported many large roll out projects across the UK. These include:-

• Merchandising update of 1900+ independent shops
• Merchandising update of 260 Domo stands
• Installation and merchandising of Leolan stands into 80 Floors 2 Go branches
• Uplift of old style Leolan stands from United Carpets shops
• Uplift of all Leolan stands and sampling from closure Allied Carpets shops – completed in a 10 day window
• Installation of new stands in Allied – Carpetright conversion shops
• Regular stand installations and merchandising in Carpetright new store openings
• Allied carpets display stand and merchandising update in remaining 60 shops

Each Monday our project manager compiles a report detailing all work completed the previous week together with any comments or observations from the merchandisers. This is then emailed to IVC’s marketing department.
