Expert Installations carried out the alteration of the Cadbury fixture in 375 Tesco Express stores mainly in the south east during the summer of 2009.

In each of the stores the top shelf was removed from the Cadbury fixture and replaced with a 3 tier clear merchandising unit. This resulted in an additional level being created for the merchandising of the chewing gums. All of the display materials were collected from the manufacturer by our installers in their vans at the start of each week. We completed our allocated stores using 11 one man teams in just over one week.

Each installation was then checked and signed off by the shop manager and a digital photograph taken. Hard copies of the sign off documentation were collated at our office with copies sent to the client together with before and after photographs.
