Display & POS Homebase Kronospan

Our teams visited 330 Homebase stores over a period of 4 weeks to carry out a display & POS update in the laminate flooring department on behalf of our client Kronospan. Our project manager attended planning meetings with the client and was heavily involved in the planning from the outset. The project manager worked with the Kronospan management team and was responsible for creating the schedule and calculating display and point-of-sale delivery requirements for each of our 3 regional depots utilised for this project which covered the whole of the UK and Eire.

Teams loaded their vans at the regional depots every Monday morning and then completed a number of calls over the course of the week before returning to the depots the following Monday morning to re-load and continue with the programme. Our clients at Kronospan and the Homebase team were given access to our online reporting portal expert-i which they could use to view real time progress of the project as well as individual store sign off's.
